The Stars of Social Care Awards is new annual celebration of excellence across Ireland’s social care sector.
The Awards recognise outstanding individuals and teams and celebrate excellence across all areas of social care in Ireland, from residential and community care to children & young people’s services, learning disabilities & autism, allied health, mental health services, and sector suppliers, the awards bring the whole social care community together to promote collaboration, innovation, and outstanding care.
Hosted by TV & Radio personality Martin King, the event will take place at Dublin Crowne Plaza Dublin – Blanchardstown on Friday 16th October 2026
Nominations for 2026 are now open.
The Awards are open to organisations and individuals across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Closing date for nominations: 31st August 2026
Shortly after the closing date, shortlisting will take place and finalists will be announced, at which point finalists and guests will be invited to book places for the awards night.
Shortlisted nominations will then be assessed by an independent panel of expert judges from social care, with winners announced at the glittering awards night.
There is no cost to enter, and all nominees will be entered into a PRIZE DRAW for a holiday for two!
